[ale] Trying to use ATI Radeon On-Board Video

The radeon x-server works. It has no 3D acceleration support but it displays
very well otherwise.
The ATI drivers (fglrx) are extremely unstable (on every platform I've tried
them on) and provide good cause to buy NVidia products.
