I'm saying if the aggregate is still smaller then it doesn't matter if
you surpass a single component.

A better analogy might have been better to say if I had $50 in three
tens and 20 ones and you had $100 in one ten, two twenties and a fifty.
It doesn't matter that I have more tens than you because you still have
more overall than me.

For the life of me I can't grasp your analogy.  I get the quantity bit,
but the value angle escapes me.
