[ale] Firefox Surpasses IE6

When M# no longer ships IE with Windows, then we may see a real change.
All sorts of M$ products imitate IE.  Windows Explorer will go to a web
site if you ask it to, rather than ask for a file on the local machine.

While it seems relevant to say IE overall is losing share while Firefox
is gaining saying IE6 is losing to Firefox seems a little specious to
me.

It's a bit like saying my $50 had increase over your $100 because my
money was all in ones while yours was all in fifties.
