99% of the time a netbook is all I would need. I wouldn't even have a
problem living with the small screen when I'm away from my desk(s).
Most of the time I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between my
heavy laptop and a netbook if you plug them into a 22 inch monitor.

I've been reading that the Intel video chipset in the netbooks only
supports up to 1680x1050. Can anyone here confirm that it won't go higher?

The deal breakers for me are the CPU and memory. I have enough trouble
fitting all the virtual machines I sometimes need in the 3.2GB of usable
ram I have in my laptop now so 2GB wouldn't cut it. During those times
I also wish I had two more cores, too :).

Take away the virtual machines and I'd barely notice the lack of RAM and
CPU, though.
