[ale] OpenOffice Draw for Site Maps?

Flow charts are a dia thing. Export as a web format image. Then use
that image as an image map for further linking and data drill down.
Image maps can be done with gimp. OOo draw is a feeble drawing tool
(like MS office paint stinks as well). Inkscape is a pretty good
drawing tool.
