Do any of these tools import or convert Visio templates?

Dia of course,but it looks like Kivio does more, It even runs under
Gnome well.
On ubuntu/debian: apt-get install kivio
If you are more into graphics..
While you could do it in Gimp, Inkscape rocks and would be more like
doing it in Adobe Illustrator. I've done sales and marketting style flow
charts in Inkscape and been pretty happy with them.
OpenOffice Draw works, but for some reason I find it klunky,
probably because I don't use it enough to get good at it.
