I've never heard of pgpi. Take a look at GnuPG. [0]

If you're using GNOME, take a look at Seahorse. [1] It makes managing
GnuPG easy.

If you use Thunderbird for email, try the Enigmail extension to sign or
enecyrpt your mail with GnuPG. [2]

I would be surprised if Fedora didn't have packages for all of these.
