[ale] RSS feed from ALE?

I recently started a love affair with RSS/atom feeds.

Please excuse my ignorance about this matter, but is there a RSS feed  
for this email list? I know it sounds completely crazy to ask for such  
a thing, but I thought I would subject myself to copious amounts of  
ridicule.

So instead of getting emails from the list, it would pop into my reader?


I know about tools that I can use to do this on my own, but thought  
there was such a beast already?

Also, does ALE have an IRC channel?
