Be real careful with that solution.  Just remember what happened to our 
natural gas prices when something like that happened here.  I'm still 
waiting for the projected costs to come down because of the increased 
competition.  For those of you outside of Georgia, the state deregulated 
gas, the result of which was the largest natural gas price increase in 
history.
