Of course there's nothing keeping you from replacing IceWeasel with
FireFox.  Just because they don't like the logo is no reason for you to
hold back if they're not doing timely updates.

i wonder how relevant that is?  what i mean is that Debian does security

patches a little different than most other distros.  in some cases a 
security fix will not necessarily show as a new version.

i haven't checked this particular one so i could be talking out of the 
wrong end.  :)
