(Speculating, of course) I'd think that Microsoft's new
licensing terms & pricing are likely as anything else to
have to do with BofA's project. IANAL, and this has been
discussed here on ALE before, but it appears to me (&
various lawyers & others I've asked) that MS' new EULA is
incompatible with the requirements for anyone coming under
HIPAA, FIRPA & other Federal privacy/security regulations,
i.e. health care, banking/finance, & (higher) education.
