And it's hard to keep it lit as well. So "flaming bag of poo" is not really
an accurate representation. A reeking bag of poo is sufficient. If it can be
ignited it simply poo's all over the management and they get bleary-eyed
thinking they can gain knowledge by looking at the graphs it generates with
the add-on module.

OTRS. Good choice. All opensource and it works.
