[ale] KBuntu and LAME

After trying many different distro's I had decided on KBuntu.  The only
problem I'm having is LAME encoding.  I can't seem to get it to rip any
MP3's.  This goes for all the KDE packages I've used.  Ubuntu pretty much
worked out f the box with the addition of the restrictedf ormats, but I
can't get it to work at all with KBUNTU.  IT just tells me the encoder isnt
there.  Any suggestions?  I've installed and reinstalled the restricted
formats a couple of imes already.
