I second MMM.  They offer seminars etc. on OpenSource licensing.

Per Paul Arne's bio at mmmlaw.com he has written a book:

"Legal Power: A Software Executive's Guide to Key Legal Practices"

I don't see it at Amazon, so it may not be available.
