Since they've been kind enough to speak at AUUG (and maybe Ale) in the
past I feel I should mention there are folks at Morris, Manning and
Martin that seem fairly knowledgeable about IT Law. The speakers I have
in the most recent email I can find were Sandra Gardiner & Paul Arne.

Hi Mike,
Let me start with IANAL. That said, I think you might be out of luck
due to the licensing you are required to abide by. My recommendation is
to find a *REAL* I.P. attorney and let them advise you as to your rights
and obligations under the licensing you agreed to when you created the
system. It's possible you won't get to be able to do what you want
without scrapping a good portion of it and starting over with a product
that offers you the ability to license the system as you see fit.
Look up copyright and/or patent attorneys and ask if they handle this
type of case. But you really, really, REALLY need to know where YOU
stand before trying to get a license to fit what you have created.
Cheers,
Robert~
