[ale] Iceweasel & flash

ok, I'm running Iceweasel ( Debians firefox branded brrowser ) and I can't get 
flash to work.
When I go to wsb weather and click on the radar I get the picture. When I go 
to the radar loop:

all it shows is DONE at the bottom of the screen.

no indication that I need to install anything, no errors.
if I run iceweasel from the command line, I get my prompt back, but no errors 
to std out.
