[ale] kppp- Zoom didn't work

Reminds me of the issue I had with Dell once.  They told us to urgently
load a fix on our Dell supported RHEL3 box and sent a Linux bundle for
same.   When it didn't work and I called them about it they had no clue
and could only suggest I boot from a Windows CD and install that way.
Grrrrrr.........

cute little thing isn't it..
what bothers me is the fact that it came with a Linux CD, yet the tech
support 
couldn't help with linux questions..
