[ale] Speedfactory Problems ... again

I've been running full speed all weekend.  Just tested it again, and got 
the usual 3M down and 290K up.

I'll keep an eye out (as it's about time for me to load up my 
net-intensive apps for Monday morning) and post if I see a problem.
