[ale] Speedfactory Problems ... again

In the past few days I have been experiencing slowdowns in my Speedfactory
DSL.  I know Geoffrey stated that Speedfactory told him they "were over that
and the problem was fixed" but I am still experiencing times when my
Internet connection just crawls to a standstill.

Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me ? I live in the Cumming
area.
