[ale] Ubuntu for AMD64

I have no answer for wine, but google "nspluginwrapper".  It's primary
function is to allow you to use standard 32bit plugin bins in your 64bit
firefox, that is if you use firefox.  It has been rock solid with flash on
my FC6 installs.
