[ale] Q: How to make *.iso from *.io*, *.mds?

I seem to remember having this problem a while back.
IIRC, these files exist because they were saved to a fat32 partition.
I believe I ripped the original again to ntfs and the files were some sort
of regular image files.
If you have the original you might give that a try.

Sorry for not having specifics but I seem to remember it took a long time
to google up a solution back then.
