Good point.  It would be sad to go out and buy another card only to find 
out it didn't work either because of a configuration issue.

Where are you locate James?

I've not followed the thread completely, but you might try running by a 
coffee shop that offers free wifi and see if you can get connected 
there.  Verify that it's the card before you replace it.
