Hey, you need to add the ftp://download.nvidia.com/opensuse/10.2/ repository to Yast2 to install the nvidia driver. Uninstall the one you've installed using Yast2. Either use Sax2 directly or thru Yast2 to get back to the nv driver. Then add the repository. Then install the driver. nvidia-gfx-kmp-default-1.0.9631_2.6.18.2_34-0.1
x11-video-nvidia-1.0.9631-0.1
are the rpms to select in Yast2.
