[ale] AT&T dsl and Linux

I use it.   I have a thier modem bridged and IPCop behind it. In order
to gt the fast access at the time I had to use Bellsouth. 

Only thing I have noticed with the extreme. when there is lighten no
matter how mild or even miles away, I seem to get kicked.  I don't know
if it is the line or the fact that I am in a 30+ year old house.
