The issue is now at the system level for the box you are testing from.
Quicktime is configured to handle files of the mimetype you have listed.
Since it is going to try and play the file no matter what you do (unless
you remove it from the system) you will need to right-click and save the
file.
Besides, the AddType line you did makes _sure_ the browser knows it is a
playable file.
