Or vice versa -- you can "upgrade" a RHEL box to CentOS using yum.
It's really cool, and is one of the considerations we're using to get
the best bang for our buck.  We can test and develop a server up to
production status, then flip the bits, "upgrade" and have a fully
supported RHEL production box, or we can take RHEL boxes that don't
need as much support from RedHat and "upgrade" to CentOS.

It's one of the few times RPM just works.
