[ale] large file downloads & Comcast

I had similar problem between Netgear MR814v2 and Motorolla SB4100. If I
have the Netgear stands vertical (with the bundled footing kit) and next to
the cable modem, the connection is flaky at its best. If I have Netgear on
top of the cable modem, the connection can last all months long.
