who is your service with?  Seems to me that the dslreports tests appear 
to be more comprehensive.  That is, they take longer, and it make 
multiple transfers.  The speakeasy tests appear to test a single 
transfer in each direction.  I get the following:

service rate:	3000/384

speakeasy:	2870/304
dslreports:	2628/300

Not exactly the same, but pretty darn close.
