[ale] 10M service

Actually, I was calling to complain about the crappy service. My
internet connection was imitating a Univac 1100 from the mid 70's, hence
the term yo-yo computers. I actually got a hold of a real techiey who
really knew his stuff, even dislikes M$ (could be a dangerous preference
considering who the major share holder of his employer is). For those
who didn't know, if you look up 192.168.100.1 on your web browser and
your DOCSIS Modem is a SA/Webstar, you will connect to the modem's
interface and see the stats as well as revs of hdwe/sftwe.
The IP maybe different with other providers.
