[ale] qmail triple bounce

One of our mail server is getting several messages hanging in the
remote-queue. The logs are saying that it is because of triple bounces.
[root at www bin]# ./qmHandle -L
Messages in local queue: 0
Messages in remote queue: 711

The queue is getting bigger by the hour. How can I fix this?
