160Gig at 2.7Meg persec.
(bc)
160000/2.7
= 59259seconds
59259/60 = 987minutes
987/60 = 16 hours.
Maybe increasing your min/max speed will help. Try this:
echo 2000000 > /proc/sys/dev/raid/speed_limit_max
echo 100000 > /proc/sys/dev/raid/speed_limit_min
No, yuo wont' get those actual numbers but they'll open the pipe up.
