Shouldn't it be in your dmesg ?
# dmesg | less
should give you the answer

If you have an actual add-on video card plugged into either the AGP or PCI
slot then you can usually find it by doing an "lspci" command.
Usually the video cards are obvious from the rest of the PCI devices.
