[ale] OT: Firefox can't print to LJ4, IE can

I would have thought this would be a per-printer setting, not a per-app
setting. I've just spent ten minutes trolling every Firefox menu and
print-dialog setting I can find, but I don't see a way to set the 
resolution.

I *will* be in Atlanta next week, though, on business, and I should
have evenings free.  Are there any ALE meetings happening? I've
been subscribed to this list for more than ten years, but I've never
made it to a meeting...
