You're not the only one.  I've had no problems with Comcast over the last
several weeks.  And actually, I have only had 2 problems with them: 1)
Installation - 2 missed appointments and very few apologies (really ticked
off my wife); 2) Vandals destroyed a head-end unit and knocked out service
for my whole neighborhood. (Not their fault)

So, you're not alone, Cliff. :)
