[ale] Ga Tech changes emphasis of Computer Science

The following line from the AJC article describes what Georgia Tech and many
(perhaps most) other top research institutions care about.   The welfare of
current and former students, the job satisfaction of faculty and staff, and
the quality of education are lower on the list.

"Last year, research sponsorship at the school by outside tech firms grew by
40 percent."
