I take it one further and just reject anything coming from a server in China,
Taiwan, Korea, Poland, or Russia. This is made a lot easier using a
DNSBL-capable server and using the country-code zones in ascc.dnsbl.bit.nl
(see http://noc.bit.nl/dnsbl/ascc/). I don't expect any valid email coming
from these countries, and they are fairly heavy spam sources.
