1.  Remove the outer jacket of the CAT-5 by about .5" or more
2.  Untwist all wires
3.  straighten them and align them.
    1. Orange/White
    2. Orange
    3. Green/White
    4. Blue
    5. Blue/White
    6. Green
    7. Brown/White
    8. Brown
4.  Dry fit in connector
5.  Trim to fit
6.  Crimp
7.  Use
