You either need to look into configuring your routers/switches
(hopefully they are all from the same mfg) or possibly deploying a few
multihomed Linux boxes running something like zebra or quagga.  Short of
that you could use iptables on all machines connected to the network,
but that would be a bigger challenge then just tweaking some machines on
your core.
