about: is a pseudo-protocol; if you type about:config into FF, you'll 
get a fairly complete listing of your preferences.  if you type 
about:plugins, you'll get a condensed, more easily human-readable form 
of the tail end of what you just found there.  there's a bunch of other 
about: urls, (including an extension that adds about:kitchensink), but i 
don't recall what they all are off the top of my head.
