[ale] Evolution behavior

Since you now have a FC3 setup, use yum and upgrade the evolution. Yum
will pull in the remaining dependencies.

I'm using 2.0.4 and have 30+ storage folders, many with multiple sub-
folders, and some of them have 1-2k messages. I generally leave
evolution up and running all the time. However, once it has indexed a
mail file, it only appends to the index on new mail. It can get a bit
slow doing the trash dump as it re-indexes the files but it is not
critically slow (on a dual 1.6 GHz Opteron w/ 2GB RAM and 4 SATA drive
in a RAID 5...).
