As long as Bellsouth retains their monopoly, they will always have a
hand it this. I will say that I've also gotten wonderful support from
Speedfactory. Although you're still going over the Bellsouth wire, it's
nice to have the good people at Speedfactory working for you when it
comes to issues. Bellsouth just bloody does not care.

It really doesn't matter why he want's it. Why question freedom to
choose? I will say it's quite difficult to test such a setup for a
client if your isp is blocking those ports.
