You may want to try parted.

You can find it on the SystemRescueCd, which contains a program
called qtparted, which used GNU Parted.  Here is the link for it:

	http://www.sysresccd.org/

Either way, you should be able to attempt a resizing of the
partition to place it on the appropriate boundaries.  I personally
cannot wait for the day when the x86 MBR dies.  :^)
