[ale] speedfactory dsl router setup.

Hey folks,

I'm having trouble connecting to speedfactory dsl. I'm going through a 
Linksys BEFSR11 "EtherFast Cable/DSL Router" with current firmware 
*1.46.02, Aug 03 2004*. I've conversed with speedfactory support via 
mail  and hey said my account is setup and running. I haven't yet made a 
successful connection.   Since it's the weekend and they are on limited 
support, I thought I ask the group for suggestions to my setup.

Ok the dsl modem has the power, dsl, and ethernet lights on.
The router setup is reachable via my browser and I've set the following:

Host Hame: blank
Domain Name: blank
WAN Connection Type: PPPoE
Username and Password: per speedfactory's setup email message. tried cut 
& paste and typed.
Service Name: tried blank, atl.speedfactory.net, and speedfactory.net
Connect on Demand: Max Idle Time: 30 mins
Keep Alive: Redial Period 30 Sec.

When selecting connect. data is tramitted and received during the 
connection attepmpt. Sometimes the status is "Connecting" other times is 
says "disconnected". I then receive the message "PPPoE authentication fail"

I know I'm missing something. Any suggestion?
