Yeah... what Barry said.

I jumped into a new eMac during the last sales tax holiday weekend. Simply 
went to the Apple Store at Lenox. As I understand it, Apple exercises their 
control over distribution and doesn't allow much discount leaway to their 
resellers, but you still might want to check prices as Frye's or other 
consumer retailers. There also aren't a lot of variables in the "packaged" 
model offerings. My eMac choices were 1.25mhz G4 / 40 gig HD / CD RW drive,  
or 1.25mhz G4 / 80gig HD / DVD-RW Superdrive.
