[ale] vonage outage?

Can't resist a plug here for something better than Vonage: SipStorm.
http://www.sipstorm.com The quality of service on the phone line is
loads better than with Vonage. We are working to bring up the full
production environment right now, and should be fully on line by 1/1. I
use both a soft phone and a separate Sipura device connected to my
regular phone through my Comcast cable modem, and have no problems with
either, even though it's in our development environment.

I'm interested.  I'm thinking of switching.  But you really need to ask
the important questions like backup power at vonage.  Even the brand of
NMS that is used and if sneaker net is the prefered method of gaining
access to valuable equipment consoles.
