[ale] So I'm upgrading my FC3

Well...the ftp site was pushing about 100mbit/s yesterday and
something about paying customers on the same switch with 100mb
uplink... anyway, its off the net right now.  They're going to put it
on a diff switch soon with better connectivity, but right now they
can't keep it on the switch. It should be back up pretty soon, but
with a 50mb/s cap on it.
