I'm leaving my position at IBB, and as such it will be coming available.  It
should be advertised in the next 2-3 weeks.  My current supervisor expects me to
recommend some people, so I thought it fair to offer ALE members a crack at it.

Important skills:
Redhat Linux Administration (all servers are RH, RHAS, or Fedora)
HA Cluster (or willingness to learn..only have 1 failover cluster)
MySQL (very important that you be able to create DBs/users and assign permissions)
PHP 
Samba
Apache (virtual hosting & password protecting directories)
Windows 2000/XP client support (Samba PDC)
Linux security (IPTABLES, tcp_wrappers)
NIS

Skills of moderate importance:
Office 2000/XP support
Eudora support
DHCPd
Mail server administration (generic b/c new server incomplete)

Other considerations: 
Be willing to advocate Linux, and assist professors and students in implementing
linux servers and firewalls.

Be willing to communicate with the larger GT Technical community and share ideas.
