Rob,

Microsoft has a product called Windows Services for UNIX. They used to make
you pay for it but they recently started giving it away. You can download
it from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/sfu/default.asp

Windows Services for UNIX v3.5

Windows Services for UNIX 3.5 provides a full range of supported
and fully integrated cross-platform network services geared
toward enterprise customers who need interoperability between
Windows and UNIX based environments. Windows Services for UNIX
3.5 provides enterprise customers with seamless access to
information stored in multiple platforms, consolidates network
management across platforms, and reuses UNIX applications and
scripts on Windows.
