You've got to be sure you've got the wireless tools installed.

I've got mdk 10 installed on another box.  I'll slap one of my cards in 
there and get it going, that way we can make sure we don't miss 
anything.  Looking for my mdk 10 disks, as my box doesn't have wireless 
tools installed....
