Router distro (was Re: [ale] Smoothwall 2.0 or IPCop 1.3.0?)

Yeah, but the router is my room mates. I don't really want to modify his
hardware (including overwriting the firmware). Besides, when we are no longer
room mates I won't have access to that router and I doubt I will buy one because
I couldn't really care less about having wireless (bring on the gigabit).

I used to be interested in Windows NT, but the more I see of it the more it
looks like traditional Windows with a stabler kernel. I don't find anything
technically interesting there. In my opinion MS is a lot better at making money
